Oregon Trail Transitional Living Program Finds New Home at Youth Empowerment Shelter

For over two decades, The Next Door Inc. (TNDI) has housed the Oregon Trail Transitional Living (OT) program, providing transitional living services to hundreds of houseless youth in the Gorge. Now, partnering agencies are pleased to announce that the Oregon Trail Transitional Living program will be operated by the Youth Empowerment Shelter in The Dalles as of July 1, 2023.

Smoking hot TDHS squares off against Astoria at home tonight in softball quarterfinal

TDHS Softball, 23 wins 3 loses, takes on Astoria, 19-6, tonight, May 26, in the playoff quarterfinal in the OSAA 4A bracket. They’ve got a home-field advantage at 16th Street Ballpark in The Dalles. The girls have not lost since March and burned Seaside earlier this week in a 16-0 route. The first pitch is at 6 p.m. Like the long ball? They set the record in that this year too.

Coast to Coast Radio Personality George Noory performs live at Granada Theater May 27
