The Northwest Muralfest’s final mural was installed at 408 w 4th St The Dalles 4th St in The Dalles ,today, March 21st. To celebrate the the completion of the project, The Northwest MuralFest has announced the premiere of the The Dalles MuralFest Walldogs Movie that was made to document the event.

200 teens descend on docents in downtown TD; It was historic
Seventh-Graders at The Dalles Middle School took in some local history today, March 14 as local docents expounded on the history of people featured in the new murals painted in the downtown corridor.
The Dalles Art Center at risk of closing; hours and staff reduced
On Monday, March 13, The Dalles Art Center sent out an email letting members know that if $3,500 cannot be raised by March 31, the Board plans on moving ahead with “the painful responsibility of closing The Dalles Art Center by April 15th. This is a public appeal to all residents and businesses to help us avoid such a devastating loss to the community.”
TDMS Choir Concert Amazes Audience at Old St. Peter's Landmark
The Dalles Middle School choir left an indelible impression on the audience during its spring choir concert at Old St. Peter's Landmark Church on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. The event was a resounding success, and attendees couldn't stop raving about the exceptional performance of the choir. The music selections were nothing short of amazing, and the students' hard work and dedication shone through in every note.

The Local Dish: Want to get warm on a cold day? Working Hands, man
What a great way to stay toasted on a cold day. Exit 69 was as good a Cold IPA as I have had. I put it up there with Boneyard’s RPM. So good in fact, we bought the four-pack of 16-ouncers to share during the week. It was a short week. At 6.3 percent alcohol, it had a good kick and a lightness that led to a second pint.
