4-day closures of TD Bridge restart Thursday, Sept. 29; Yep, that's tomorrow
“We need more weekend closures to complete this project, and they will resume on Thursday, September 29,” said ODOT Spokesperson Kacey Davey. Closures will begin on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. and end Monday mornings at 6 a.m., and the four-day closures could last into February of 2023.

Washington pushes $7.3 million to Action Programs; Klickitat, Skamania to benefit
A recent block grant of $7.3 million will help fund Washington State’s 30 Community Action Agencies - including the Washington Gorge Action Program serving Klickitat and Skamania counties - to stabilize and equip families and individuals to exit poverty for good through a network of local organizations.
Suspected Shooter Arrested in Klickitat County
On Thursday September 15, 2022 Deputies from the Klickitat County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) arrested 30-year-old David J. “DJ” Wentworth . Wentworth was arrested near Goldendale Washington on Oregon State Parole Board warrants for violating parole. Wentworth is a suspect in the September 9th shooting of a male adult on west second street in The Dalles.
