An anonymous local donor has offered up to $15,000 for others to match to support the work of Washington Gorge Action Programs (WAGAP) in Skamania and Klickitat counties. The offer is open through April and can support any of the agencies’ programs.

You did it! To celebrate its golden anniversary of service to the Gorge community, The Next Door’s 50th Anniversary Campaign sought to raise $50,000. The community exceeded that goal, gifting over $57,000!

Bikers descended upon The Dalles this afternoon for a ride thru at Route 30 on Second Street as the local restaurant and bar helped raise money for mental health awareness and prevention of youth violence in schools.
