Second alleged steering wheel crank & crash suspected in 8 months
A Hood River man who was a passenger in an eastbound vehicle near Mosier on Interstate 84 was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly assaulting a woman and grabbing the steering wheel which caused the car to crash, according to Oregon State Police.

E 9th & Quinton streets closed on Monday for utility work
On Monday, March 31, 2025, the City of The Dalles Public Works will begin work on E 9th St. at the intersection with Quinton St. to replace and upgrade a sanitary sewer main and a storm sewer main.
