A Wasco County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Ezekial Laclaire of The Dalles alleging three felony counts: Rape in the Second Degree, Sodomy in the Second Degree, and Sex Abuse in the First Degree, according to a press release from the Wasco County District Attorney.

According to the DA’s Information filed today, Dutton allegedly committed first-degree theft of $1,000 or more from the City of The Dalles on four separate time periods between May 2023 and January 2025.

“We do have a tenant about to sign a lease but I am not able to talk about it yet,” said Darren Dickerhoof, Manager of Riviera Enterprises LLC and Dickerhoof Properties based in Corvallis. “It’s a national clothing chain that I think the town will like.”

“Just got car out of the water,” said Hood River Sheriff’s Deputy Pete Hughes at 4:30 p.m. “We have the motor and chassis, but it just disintegrated when they pulled on it. It was full of rocks and too much debris. We’re pretty excited to clarify that this is the vehicle.”
