TDHS Robotics Team Made it to Final Four of the U.S Open

Day #1 Update, March 29th:
After slow starts from both teams, both went on long runs of wins to end Day #1 of qualifications. System Overload is ranked 5th at 8-2 and irrelevant is ranked 17th at 5-4. Both teams are poised to advance to the 32-team elimination rounds tomorrow.
Day #2 Nationals Update, March 30th:
Both teams advanced in their divisions to the elimination rounds, irrelevant as the #15 seed in Blue, and System Overload as the #5 seed in the Red. Facing a tough matchup in their first match, irrelevant lost in the round of 16.
System Overload won their first match as the favored seed and then upset the #4 seed in the round of 8. Iin the division semifinals, Overload upset the #1 seed.
In the division finals, they lost a very close match to the eventual overall champions of the event.
Making the Final Four of the U.S. Open is definitely something to be proud of and there will be some new hardware for the trophy case at TDHS on Friday.
