TDHS Athletics Update: Competition Schedule and Current Team Rankings

Winter sports are underway at The Dalles High School.
Senior Wrestler Maisie Bandel Ramirez won the 130 lb. title at Girls Pendleton Red Lion Invitational on the December 21st and TDHS’s girls and boys varsity basketball teams both won their games against Pendleton yesterday, January 4th.
League/conference basketball games against Crook County, Madras, Estacada, Gladstone, and Molalla are scheduled to occur within the next month. While both non-league and league games count towards the overall rankings of each team, league games are sure to bring some excitement as 4A schools face off to win the Tri-Valley Conference.

Girls Basketball
The team is currently ranked 13th in the OSAA 4A rankings and 7th in the RPI rankings. Their record as of January 4, 2023 is 4 wins, 3 losses.
The team's head coach is Darcey Hodges, with Colby Tonn as the JV head coach and Dan Telles as the JV2 head coach.
