Indoor dining curtailed as COVID risk goes to 'high'
North Central Public Health Officer Miriam McDonell announced this morning that Wasco County will move to the high-risk level for COVID-19, requiring restaurants and health facilities to reduce capacities for indoor dining and activities.
Riverside Gymnastics making it work- but for how long?

So coach Audrey Hinatsu took it outside. Closures, however, are sacking revenue generators for nonprofit clubs such as Riverside as well as privately run athletic clubs. The Oregon Health and Fitness Alliance is asking Gov. Kate Brown to allow limited reopenings.
