The City of The Dalles Beautification Committee is pleased to announce the October Beautification Award recipient is Shawn and Casey McCleary of 1407 East 11th Street. This is the last award of the season. But the Beautification Committee will be hunting down an awesome holiday yard in December. Stay tuned.
