One child killed, others injured in Highway 97 crash near milepost 62
A two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 97 near milepost 62 left one child dead and several others injured Friday night, according to the Oregon State Police.
Update 2:25 p.m.: Murder suspect refuses to go to court; DA details cause of death
A victim was transported to Mid-Columbia Medical Center where the victim was pronounced deceased. A suspect has been arrested for murder in the first degree and unlawful use of a weapon.
