Chocolate Crawl Sweetens Up Downtown The Dalles
The Dalles, Ore. Feb. 11, 2025 – Downtown The Dalles was buzzing with energy Friday night as chocolate lovers indulged in the annual Chocolate Crawl, the first First Friday event of the year hosted by The Dalles Main Street.
From rich truffles to boozy white Russian delights, local businesses served up sweet deals and even sweeter treats, turning the historic district into a delicious paradise.
Shoppers strolled from shop to shop, savoring everything from chocolate espresso martinis at Studio Fit to artisan pizza and mint hot chocolate at Skookum Outfitters. Live line dancing, boutique discounts, and even a hot cocoa bar at Urban Paper added to the festive atmosphere. At The Workshop, visitors got crafty with wooden heart ornaments while sampling cupcakes, bagels, and savory bites from local vendors.
The night was a delicious kickoff to a year of exciting First Friday events, promising more themed fun in the months ahead.
