The Dalles, Ore., April 2, 2025 — The Dalles Art Center (TDAC) is proud to present a captivating new exhibit showcasing original artwork of conservation species featured in Angela Goldsmith’s latest book, Curious Animals of the Pacific Northwest.
This unique collection highlights the beauty and diversity of the region’s wildlife through stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Blending the written word with captivating artwork, this exhibit showcases original sketches and paintings from Angela D. Goldsmith’s newly published book, Curious Animals of the Pacific Northwest. Through whimsical yet scientifically accurate illustrations, each story offers a thoughtful moral, woven through the lens of permaculture.

This work defies traditional categorization, seamlessly blending science, nature, art, and poetry into a singular experience.
