Get those calves bursting in air at 4th of July Run in TD; register now

Runners were greeted with sunny weather a year ago for the Fourth of July Run held along the Riverfront Trail in 2021. Put some gunpowder in your shoes, we’re off and running again this year with the help of The Dalles High School Cross Country team.

From Jill Pearson:

Lace up your shoes and bring some water to go with your red, white, and blue - TDHS Cross Country is hosting the 4th of July Run!

You can run or walk one a 1 mile, 3k, or 5k along the Riverfront Trail, starting at Lewis & Clark Park on Monday, July 4th. All races start at 7 a.m. to beat the heat; you can register the day of at 6:30, or register in advance online

The run/walk costs $20 for adults, and $10 for students and kids 18 and under. A t-shirt can be purchased for an additional $10. The course is flat and stroller & dog friendly. All proceeds go to support The Dalles Cross-Country team. Thanks, and happy 4th of July!
