Chocolate Crawl starts at 5 p.m. tonight, Feb. 11, in Downtown TD

The historic downtown The Dalles is celebrating the season of love with a decadent chocolate crawl tonight, Friday, Feb. 11, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
During this event, you can visit more than twenty businesses that will be offering chocolate-themed specials. The business participating range from retail shops to restaurants. Below are a couple of ideas for how you can participate in this year’s chocolate crawl.
What better way to get your sweetheart sweeter just before Valentine’s Day!
Stroll into Zim’s and take them up on a free chocolate lava cake with a purchase of an entrée. With their pool tables and cozy booths- there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy.
Valentine’s Day is hyper-focused on romantic love and grand gestures. What about self-love? Work up a sweat with Studio Fit for a self-love and gratitude class with stress-relieving hot cocoa. With their friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, it will be easy to discover your zen.
Pop into the Gorge Wine Library to sip on some local wine with decadent chocolate samples from Gorge Confections. If anyone needs a hint on what to give their valentine, chocolate and wine pairings are a great match.
Shop at Terra Cotta Gorge Co. for a perfect valentine’s day outfit. They will be offering local chocolate-dipped strawberries from Berries By Felice and if you shop here you will be entered in a raffle! Did I mention their winter seasonal merchandise is 50 to 60 percent off?
