Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue Board to consider new fire chief on Sept. 23
A meeting of the Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue Board of Directors will be conducted on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. PST, at Station 1, 1400 W. 8th Street, The Dalles, OR 97058.
The public may observe and/or listen to the meeting virtually by using either the link or the telephone number and access code provided on the Board agenda located on the Fire District’s website at www.mcfr.org.
The Board will adjourn from the regular session into executive session in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(a) “To consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent”.
The Board will reconvene into regular session to consider their options in making a fire-chief-hiring decision.
