'Performance art is his niche, governing is not'

To the editor,

During my professional career at a large university medical center, I was the manager of an inpatient comprehensive medical unit. The patients had dual diagnoses of a medical and a psychiatric problem. It is not appropriate that I make a diagnosis, but the behavior exhibited by the 45th president reminds me of a person with a narcissistic personality disorder. Performance art is his niche, governing is not.
